Supervision
My philosophy of supervision is grounded in the principle of supporting a therapist's process of growth and change. As a supervisor you can expect me to help you better understand your clients' therapeutic work, improve your repertoire of skills and knowledge and give you space to grow as a therapist. As a therapist who integrates various models of therapy, I bring this knowledge and experience to supervision.
I have supervised trainees and individual therapists as well as a group of therapists working with children, adults and families. I have also been a part of the supervisory team working with Loss and Bereavement groups consisting of young children, adolescents and their caretakers. As a Teaching Member of BISS and ISST, my supervision of sandplay practice will count towards the supervision requirement of the BISS and ISST training and membership.
